Danger Wear High Heel Shoes

Women are familiar with the various high-heeled shoes like stilettos, wedges, Pumps, or theheel of a cat. Recent studies reveal, the use of high-heeled shoes is too bad for the health of joint and foot bones.
University of Iowa State researchers study that uses high-heeled shoes will cause adverse effects on the joints. High heel gives great pressure on the knees and triggers the degeneration of joints.Study author, Danielle Barkema and professor of kinesiology Professor Phil Martin examine damage to knees, ankles and joints due to high usage rights. "Based on the study, wearing high-heeled shoes increase the risk of someone affected by osteoarthritis. The higher the heel and large, the higher the risk of injury," Barkema said as quoted by the Daily Mail revealed.
While previous studies found high heels change the speed becomes slower and shorter steps.The higher heel will hit the inside of the knee.
"Consumption heels of contributing to joint degeneration and osteoarthritis of the knee," said Barkema at the annual meeting of the American Society of Biomechanics, at Brown University.
