10 healthy things you can do in 10 minutes

Busy and no time is often used as a reason many people who find it difficult to live a healthy lifestyle. In fact, you only need 10 minutes to maintain body fitness.

7. LaughLaughter is a good activity for the mind and soul, and weight loss. Laughed for ten minutes can burn up to 50 calories. 'Steal' a break of ten minutes to chat with friends or even watching a funny YouTube video about the baby, animal or your favorite comedians.
